Returns
Due to Covid-19, we do not accept returns once the safety seal has been broken on the brown box the soaps arrive in. This is to ensure the safety of our customers and our own family. We'll be happy to provide you with a store credit if that seal has been opened and you're unsatisfied with your purchase.
For products that still have their safety seal on them intact, we'll be happy to provide a refund within 10 days of you receiving the item[s]. You'll be required to contact us ASAP and within the 10-day window from when your product[s] have been delivered to you and submit a return request. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item[s] back to us and provide us with a tracking number. Once the returned item[s] are received by us, we'll inspect them for the safety seal to be intact and provide the refund accordingly [shipping is not included in the refund].
Please note that upon receiving your items back in our location, we have the right to refuse the return[s] if the item[s] are damaged/tampered with, so it is your responsibility to ensure the returned item[s] are wrapped properly to avoid damages during transit. We take the safety of our customers and family very seriously.
Damaged items
For any products that are received damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with a return label and send a replacement right away. When emailing us, please make sure to include your order number so that we can easily take care of you without further inconveniences.
